Whether you know it as a sourdough starter, leavan, chef, or mother creating beautiful sourdough is the end result.
Join me for a 3 day workshop on unraveling the mysteries of sourdough bread baking and the 3 day baking process.
You will learn how to create your own sourdough and how to keep it alive in order to create loaves, buns, and baguettes.
This is a total hands on workshop(you will be wearing flour come the end of each day).
NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, JUST A WILLINGNESS TO TRY!(warning you maybe turned into a bread geek after the 3 days are done)
Everything you create you will take home with you.
We will use organic flours for a portion of the class.
The course will run with a minimum of five participants up to a maximum of eight.
